The parade of Leopard software updates begins

Leopard Sure, we’ve had software released in tiny trickles with Leopard specific fixes, but with a week left before the en masse release of Leopard, the updates will come fast and furious.

A new version of Mac OS X means a new cache cleaner, Leopard Cache Cleaner.

The venerable DragThing got updated to version 5.9. It supports Panther and allows the addition of adding new icons without first making room.

The Mac software gangster Paul Kafasis announced that Rogue Amoeba has a Leopard ready Fission 1.5.2 for download. The rest of their apps are waiting on Leopard ready APE.

Booxter, the media cataloging application, has been updated to version 2.0 with Leopard compatibility and a terrific new interface. It may not be as pretty as its competition, Delicious Library (whose second version has been awaiting the release of Leopard), but it’s come a long way since the first time I took a look at it.

Expect loads more updates for the next seven days. You’ll be suffering from download fatigue.

Derik, I could very well be wrong about this, but shouldn't that say Leopard?

It supports Panther and allows the addition of adding new icons without first making room.
