This update provides important bug fixes and improves stability with Motion 2 and Motion 3. It is recommended for all 2.2/2.4GHz MacBook Pro models.

Apple seems to be coding directly to the characteristics of the video cards that they are shipping. Since the video cards in the MacBook Pros are different than those in the desktop Macs there are probably bugs that are unique to each machine.
I just wish they'd release Motion as a stand alone product again. I would love to run it on my MacBook Pro, but I don't have a need for Final Cut and all the other programs that come in the bundle.
