Yesterday Apple released updates for QuickTime and iTunes; but Microsoft’s getting in on the fun. They’ve released the Office 2004 for Mac 11.3.6 Update, which, if it’s anywhere near as fun as it sounds, must be pretty awesome. Tell us, O Microsoft, what joys will this bring to our lives?
This update fixes a vulnerability that an attacker can use to overwrite the contents of your computer’s memory with malicious code. This update also addresses an issue with using public folders in Entourage, and it contains the latest postal code information for Japanese addresses.Ichawawa! Postal code information for Japanese addresses? Sugoi. You can download the 15.4MB patch from Microsoft’s site or use Office’s built in AutoUpdate.
