While I hate to steal Pat’s thunder (we all know Pat is in love with Panic’s new app Coda), I just couldn’t resist: updates are too exciting to go unmentioned.
If you’re one of the lucky few to have already implemented the new coding application, you might want to check out the release notes for version 1.0.1. This update, released today, adds a few new features and improves many. This is not my area of expertise, but we’ve now got ActionScript, JSP-HTML, and Smarty Template modes, as well as a new Local Root URL option to the site sheet. There are also well over 40 other small improvements—everything from fixing crashes to adding keyboard shortcuts. The looks of this application are making me wish I was more competent in the coding department. Even its updates are sexy.
