Cha-Ching 0.5.1, the popular personal finance app, was just made available, and with it comes welcome bug fixes. The startup crash caused by iPod connections has been fixed, and .Mac problems have been remedied as well.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Cha-Ching, it provides a nice way to manage your bank accounts, create budgets, and track where your money is going. You can use tags, the “gotta have it” feature of any app released these days, to group your different transactions. You can also take pictures of what you buy, and store those with the transaction details of the purchase.
While technically still in its beta stage, Cha-Ching is already a quite well-featured app. Its interface is certainly more sensible than what you’d find trying to keep your finances organized in an Excel workbook. If you’re interested, you can purchase Cha-Ching 0.5.1 for $14.95 and get free updates through all the way up to version 2.

I really, really like this app.
One of the best features is the ability to download .QIF files (downloadable bank statements).
Plus, the accounts segments are very flexible.
