See, normally I gotta scour the web for post ideas. When Apple releases updates, though, it makes my job a whole lot easier—most of the time Macworld jumps on it before anyone else can, and all I basically need to do is rehash their lovely articles.
That, of course, doesn’t mean you should read Macworld’s site and not ours…frankly, I think you should read both. Or just ours. Or both. Get the to-the-point, beautifully-detailed news from the Mothership—and your daily-dose of swooshy-and-relaxed, everything-but-to-the-point prose from us, the masters of Keepin’ It Real.
I forgot what this post was about… Oh, right, Apple Pro video app updates. Yes, they’ve been updated. Updates include, in lovely bulleted format:
Another reason to read us: I link to all the updates. And use bulleted lists.
All the updates “address specific customer issues” (uh-huh) and add support for 10.4.11 and 10.5. They also include support for new video formats like Sony XDCAM EX (huh?), additional H.264 formats, “and more.” (And I’m just glad they updated color. I’m getting tired of seeing the same color-spectrum every day.)
I’m feeling haiku-y, and these updates were vague—so bring it on:
Pro vid apps get bumped
They address certain “issues”
Wonder what they are
Bam. Check Macworld’s article to see what I plagiarized, and Apple’s download page for the full update list.
Wow, this is quite an update day. A record, perhaps? 8 + the 3 earlier ones, that's 11 updates in one day.
