Remove Dashboard widgets in a dash

200609151428Although I love the concept of Dashboard in Tiger, I find several annoyances with the basic functioning of the interface. One thing, for example, is having to click the little plus sign in the bottom left corner to remove a Widget. It’s a big hassle for such a simple end goal: having to click the plus, then click the X on the Widget, and then go back down to click the plus once again.

My problem has been accidentally remedied, however. As I discovered just yesterday any Widget can be removed from your Dashboard by simply holding down the Option key. Then click the X and it’s gone!
