
How many times have you had to open the Keyboard Viewer just to know what cryptic key combo will produce a certain symbol, only to have to open the Character Palette five minutes later because you gave up on the Keyboard Viewer?
Yeah. Not fun. That’s why I was excited to see that the people at GoSquared’s liquicity blog created a three-page PDF with pretty much all of the Mac’s special characters — accented A’s and E’s, math symbols, the copyright icon, you name it — and the keystrokes associated with them. And since it comes from a design company, it looks hot.
Stick it in your Dock, paste it on you wall, or turn it into your desktop picture (ok, maybe not): this is a great time-saver. You can download it from this page.
