The genius strikes back

I’ve always thought that becoming a Mac Genius might be right up my alley and a fulfilling experience. It looks like I should rethink that. JC of ungenius (yeah, it uses one of those clever .us naming schemes) wrote up what he loved and hated about the job.
I’ve dealt with angry customers when I worked at a supermarket, but I’ve never done it when thousands of dollars were involved. Probably adds an extra dimension to that fury. His upshot is a little depressing.
If you’re a Mac-junkie, give up now. It’s bad enough as is, but being a junkie will leave you with a soul-crushing depression as you deal with none of Apple’s success stories and all of the horrors.
