What’s the best way to celebrate the grand opening of a big Apple Store? Have a camp out! Yes, ifoAppleStore will be hosting a camp out at Apple’s new 5th Avenue Apple Store starting Thursday night. The first 100 people to show up will get a commemorative pin, as seen at the right. In addition to getting early in line for the store’s opening and a cool pin, you may also get broadcasted on national television as part of a segment by CBS’ “The Early Show” on the new Apple Store. If you’re going, make sure to bring your digital camera, camcorder, and of course, your Mac. And, if you’re from out of town and and can get someone to hold your place in line, you’ll be right next to some of New York’s most popular stores, including Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue, though make sure to save some cash for the major shopping destination of the day.
