Boston Apple Store We’ve been given our first glimpse at the Boston Apple Store. It looks like it’ll fit right in, but stand out at the same time (ah, yes, I can say nothing with the best of them). They’ll be taken down the existing structure and putting in their own design, which features a green roof, in case you want to spot it from a plane.

Mayor Thomas M. Menino said he’s enthusiastic about the planned store. “It’s great for the city,” he said.

Mumbles Menino has it right. Boston needs to catch up with other cities and have their own Apple Store.
