Leave it to Fake Steve to bring us all the news regarding Real Steve. Especially the hard-hitting super-relevant news, such as getting inducted into the California Hall of Fame.
Never heard of it? (Neither have I, and I’ve lived here most of my life.) Turns out it’s a two-year-old program, conceived of by Ms. Governator. The class of 2007, as announced by Mr. and Ms. Governator, include Steve Jobs, Jackie Robinson, Tiger Woods, John Steinbeck, John Wayne, and a few others.
They’ll be inducted officially at a ceremony in Sacramento on December 5, 2007.
Now in order to spice up this otherwise affair-about-which-no-one-cares, how about some five-on-five with a select few from last year’s class? They’ve got Clint Eastwood, César Chavez, John Muir, Ronald Reagan and Amelia Earhart.
Careful though, Steve, that Earhart’s a baller.
