Boy oh boy, do we have some news that is going to have you jumping for joy. Are you ready? Are you sure? I think you should sit down. Here, have a chair. Okay, great. Here we go. No fooling now:
Steve Jobs—Steve Jobs—will be giving the keynote presentation at this year’s WWDC, on June 11th at 10AM Pacific.
Whew. I know. I know. Nobody saw this coming, least of all us. I mean, Steve Jobs himself, on stage at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference. It’s like a sign of the apocalypse.
Anyway, with Steven P. Jobs (the “P,” by the way, stands for phenomenal) on the stage, what can we expect to see at WWDC? Apple’s said a feature complete beta of Leopard is coming, and surely they wouldn’t mislead us. Again. Also, hopes are high that the shipping of the iPhone will coincide with this event, though more and more the language has sounded like “late” June. We’ve got just over a month until J-day (that’s Jobs Day), so stay tuned.
