We have a stringent “no rumors” policy here at MacUser but when the Swiss Apple Store leaks the fact that an updated AirPort Express is coming our way and then hurriedly rectifies the mistake, it’s signal enough for us to buck the self-imposed trend and bring you the news.
For a brief period of time yesterday, an updated AirPort Express listing on the Swiss version of the Apple Online Store read that it was now capable of 802.11n (it’s a French website—put that translation widget to some use). The design of the wireless access point remains identical to its current version and, at $99, so does the price.
Putting my extremely adept prophesying skills to good use, I foretell that we’ll be seeing an Apple Store downtime on 18 March 2008 and when it resurfaces again after an hour or two, it will proudly be bearing the new and improved AirPort Express for all of us to drool over. Pretty impressive, huh?
MacUser is your source for news, info, and opinion about Apple, the Mac, and the iPod. Our dedicated team of bloggers covers everything that is relevant to Mac users — and, okay, some stuff that’s not quite relevant, but is still a lot of fun. (Plus, we've got columns by Andy Ihnatko!)

Been waiting for this one!
Hopefully it will support a USB disk.
I guess the purpose of saying you have a so called "stringent no rumors policy" is to stay in business and not become the second site to be shut down by Apple. Smart.
