The BitTorrent client scene heats up

Xtorrent Following closely on the heals of BitRocket’s release, David Watanabe’s latest project is Xtorrent (full preview). David is best known for his other projects Acquisition, Inquisitor, and NewsFire. They’ve all got a great look and feel.

The earlier apps all have something in common. They started free and become a paid product soon after they gained popularity. Expect the same situation here. Xtorrent has one very compelling feature, integrated search. The results are even displayed in application (unlike BitRocket which displays in your default web browser). It’s not yet available for download, but hopefully we can all try it out soon.
