One of the more popular projects on Google’s Mac Playground is Statz. In this day and age, there are dozens of ways to let friends, family, fans, birds of a feather, and total strangers (that aren’t even interested) exactly what you’re doing at every moment of the day. Instant messaging services (through Adium and iChat), Skype, irc clients, Tumblr, and Twitter all broadcast it in some way or another.
Statz helps coordinate keeping these services in sync. Not only does it let you enter it quickly, it helps you organize the large number of statuses you may have. You can create groups of them, based upon more general things you may be doing like Work or Home. Very handy.
