It’s no secret I’m a big fan of Tranmsit (it may be slightly less known that I’m also a fan of Unison). This FTP application has caught fire with large portions of the Mac community thanks to its reliability, feature set, usability, and straight up great looks. If you’re one of those people that lives in it, you might consider joining their new beta program (hint: especially if you use the external editor feature).
Let it be said, your assignment, should you accept, is to find bugs in a product in a development phase. It’s not just finding them and ignoring them either. We’re talking about old school bug documentation and reporting. Don’t let it scare you though. If you’re a budding computer scientist or just have an interest in computers, participating in a real beta program is both educational and enriching.
