Here’s a handy utility that no web-savvy photographer should be without: FlickrExport for Aperture. Originally built, and still maintained, as a plugin for iPhoto, FlickrExport shortens the process of publishing your newest snaps on Flickr by integrating support directly into the Aperture application. Making full use of Flickr’s features, FlickrExport supports batch uploading, tags, privacy filters, titles, descriptions, and more. Flickr users who work in Aperture and iPhoto will want to check out this plugin!
Please note that FlickrExport for Aperture is still in beta, and could potentially (but likely won’t) destroy files. In any case, standard procedure still applies: Backup, backup, backup — followed immediately by “publish with ease.”
