Catalog your burned discs

CatalogWhile Disco can create indexes of burned discs, what can you do about discs that are already burned and sitting on the shelf? Use Catalog to organize them! In the past, I’ve used DiskTracker, introduced to me by MacAddict’s monthly disc, however I’ve since switched to Catalog for its ease-of-use and native Cocoa interface. While it doesn’t render real-time smoke effects when indexing, it does perform its task gracefully.

Like Spotlight and other Mac software, Catalog offers live searching so you can find that particular file without shuffling through spindle after spindle of burned discs. Archives for each disc are also able to be browsed using an iTunes style source list, where each disc’s contents are displayed in their on-disc hierarchy on the right. Catalog is also able to store information about each file, including size, dates, and more, ensuring you not only find the file, but it’s the right one. For keeping volumes of CDs and DVDs in order, Catalog is the obvious choice.

This is a good one, simple and fast. I wonder how much items can be handle by the app? Just purchase it, I'll see.

If it is a shareware program - please put the cost in your review. Its a crucial piece of info about software, and may make the difference about checking it out or not. Thanks
