Finding good tools to convert/isolate/tweak/fix/etc audio files isn’t the easiest task — many are available, but they’re either too simple or too complicated. That problem existed in the video space, too, until quick, easy conversion software like iSquint and VisualHub made the process mindless.
Well, Techspansion, the same folks who brought us VisualHub, have released AudialHub, a simple audio file manipulation tool that can convert “dozens” of audio types, as well as pull audio from video clips, trim length, change quality, etc. It has some neat features: a dynamic file queue, simultaneous conversions, decoder/encoder options, and more.
You can read — and hear — more about AudialHub at the Techspansion website. There’s a trial version that’s limited to only converting the first 60 seconds of each file, while the full version will run you about $19.
