Remember how Nokia launched a music store earlier this year? Yeah, we’d forgotten too.
Apparently Nokia is trying to kickstart its music division by giving away free downloads to Universal music as part of a subscription package. (Wait, wasn’t Universal doing a music store too?)
We’re not sure that anyone beyond the eight people that use this service will really care, despite awesomely analytical phrases like:
“Nokia [is] in a unique position to turn the mobile music market on its head. This offering is a massive step in that direction,” said Mark Mulligan of Jupiter Research.
Ok, dude. Whatever you say.
