It may not be an explicit endorsement, I’m more than happy to label the fact that Microsoft is demoing Microsoft Windows Vista in MacBook Pros. Sure, already knew this was possible, but the fact Microsoft is doing to show off their next generation operating system is big.
If anything, lately it seems like Microsoft has been warming up more and more to Apple since the Intel transition. Naturally, Microsoft is thrilled that it’ll be selling Windows to Mac users (at a higher profit margin than they would selling OEM licenses to Dell). Behind the scenes, I wouldn’t be surprised if the two companies have been in talks, particularly to address the possibility of Apple integrating their own WINE type technology.
Personally, I think Apple should steer clear of doing something like that (removing a lot of motivation for some less Mac friendly software developers to continue with the platform). In this regard, Apple and Microsoft may have a common interest. Microsoft wants to keep selling Windows. This could be a honeymoon period for the two companies that could blossom into a long happy relationship.

Ew. NO. Apple can't get sucked into Microsoft's black whole of bull!

I don't know or even think we are working together with Mac on that. The thing is we from our Evangelists team in Belgium we like to know what is gooing around in the IT world and with the fact of Windows XP running on a Mac we wanted to test if Vista would really work well on a MAC book pro and it did. We just have to get used with the keyboard but it's cool we could demo Vista on a MAC. We like play with new technology. And yes I played a bit with the MAC OS and I must admit it looks also cool.
But my love stays with ....
