Sure, while the Apple TV can have loads of capabilities when hacked properly, it can also do a lot right out of the box. One of its features is the capability of playing podcasts, audio and video, and hi-def ones at that. But where does one get all of these free, HD video podcasts for the Apple TV? Well now, one answer is The Washington Post.
Yes, today The Washington Post announced that they would be offering their main podcast 720p HD. The podcast, which is available in iTunes or an RSS feed, features news and a selection of the best documentary clips from their other shows (iTunes link), including ones with Ben De La Cruz and Travis Fox.
I always like seeing more HD content on iTunes, but come on Apple, where’s my HD TV shows and movies?
