MacScoop points us all at a podcast interview with the free software advocate, Richard Stallman. I really tried to listen to this for all of you. I tried my hardest. I’m geeky. I’m patient. I like technical subject matter. This… interview… goes… very… slowly. It makes my head hurt.
Host: Do you consider Steve Jobs and Apple an evil bunch?
Stallman: Yes. Apple is doing a lot of nasty things.
What is this evil? DRM! Evil. What’s even better are all the conspiracy theories that he puts forth. He hasn’t used Windows or Mac OS X much. He won’t either unless he’s given a chance without signing anything.
At any rate, Stallman is a rather influential man. If you’ve got the patience to put up with a rather slow discussion and some rather odd theories (proprietary software developers are trying to control the masses! oh nos!), then give it a listen.
