We love lists of all variety: top ten, top twenty-give, top five. Give us a chance to pick a limited number of things, and we will be all over it fake orange cheese-flavored sauce on macaroni. So when we read that MacTech was compiling its annual list of the twenty-five most influential people in the Mac technical community, we were there a-salivating.
Should you wish to partake in the nominating process, get yourself over to MacTech’s site, where you can propose up to three people for inclusion on the list. The following restrictions, however, apply:
1. They must be alive as of March 19, 2007 (when voting began)Man, the MacUser staff totally fulfills all three of those requirements. And we’re totally influential in the Mac technical community. Erm, we love that technology. Yeah.
2. MacTech internal staff and Xplain Corp. employees are ineligible
3. Apple employees are not eligible for the list, but are eligible for honorable mention list.
Fine. Guess we’ll hold our breath for the MDJ Power 25. Or, failing that, Anonymity Quarterly’s “top 25 people not likely to be included on any top 25 lists.”
