Even a pontiff’s got to kick back and relax once in a while. John Paul II famously enjoyed the breakdancing; Urban II was fond of a round of golf between crusades. Our own Pope Benedict XVI is hardly an exception, so it should be no surprise that the former Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger rocks out to Mozart and Stravinsky on a brand new white 2GB nano, presented to him by Vatican Radio employees.
No word on whether the next iPod ad will feature a dancing silhouette in a cassock and mitre, but the pope reputedly has been asking “Quatenus est video iPod?”
MacUser is your source for news, info, and opinion about Apple, the Mac, and the iPod. Our dedicated team of bloggers covers everything that is relevant to Mac users — and, okay, some stuff that’s not quite relevant, but is still a lot of fun.
Just another smart aleck comment:
Being a Latin student, the sentance would go better as "Ubi est vidificum iPod (assuming iPod is a neuter word)."
