Leander Kahney must be grinning from ear to ear. Wired News is now the sponsor of Fake Steve. Steve was shopping himself and Wired wasn’t the only one interested.
Some other websites were chasing him too. We won’t mention any names — coughGawkercough — but Steve said they were “frigtards” — he likes Wired News best.
We can now expect Fake Steve to continue letting us into his world for a long time to come. He seems pretty happy with the deal too.
All joking aside: nothing about the blog will change. It will still be the same sicko stuff. It’s just that now I’ll be getting a little of the green stuff to keep this offensive site limping along.
