A walk to shame Apple technical support

Apple Repair CenterKeeping in the theme of today’s reports on Apple’s technical support, a man from Dublin is planning an Apple “Walk of Shame,” according to MacNN. The frustrated man’s iMac G5 crashed on July 14th, and after receiving two replacement logic boards, a power supply, and a back casing (all of which did not fix his problem), Apple has finally agreed to replace his computer. Despite their promise, however, Apple has failed to pick up his old machine, preventing the shipment of his replacement.

So, in an attempt to shame Apple and bring them the negative press he believes will fix his problem and make a point, the man has decided to carry his iMac on foot back to the Apple repair center in Cork (a distance of 160 miles). Seems a bit crazy to me, but if it fixes your problem then who am I to argue?
