Just a reminder for you: two short weeks from today, we’ll be rolling around in the glorious financial results from Apple’s third quarter. As always, MacUser will liveblog the numbers deluge, which ought to, hopefully, bring us some news on how the iPhone did in its launch window, though since the third quarter officially ended on July 1st, that information may be limited.
What to expect? Well, according to CFO Peter Oppenheimer in the Q2 conference call: “Looking ahead to the third fiscal quarter of 2007, we expect revenue of about $5.1 billion and earnings per diluted share of about $.66.” Will they make it? Not make it? We’re all a-flutter here at MacUser HQ.
So anyway, tune in to hear from our good friends Oppenheimer and Cook as they discuss their lives, their loves, and what’s kept them strong throughout the obstacles they’ve encountered. Who knows: maybe they’ll sing a few songs.
MacUser is your source for news, info, and opinion about Apple, the Mac, and the iPod. Our dedicated team of bloggers covers everything that is relevant to Mac users — and, okay, some stuff that’s not quite relevant, but is still a lot of fun.
