Just four times every year, Apple talks about its financial results from the last quarters: how they’re performing, what the market’s like, their feelings. News leaked from the Cupertino headquarters reports that Steve Jobs is feeling “giddy as a schoolgirl.” You heard it here.
This Wednesday, January 17th, we’ll be treated to the Q1 financial results, straight from the horse’s mouth. The electricity in the air is palpable. As with Apple’s Q4 results, a mere three months ago, I’ll be liveblogging the conference call, bringing you every number, figure, and mistaken admission that comes up.
Expect the conversation to revolve largely around Apple’s sales during the holiday seasons which, to use a technical term, totally rocked the house.
