We know we’ve made a big deal of not covering rumors in the past, but that’s all about to change. The Mac community’s just too big and active not to cover the whisperings, gauzy and insubstantial as they may be. So from this day hence, we’ll be bringing you the latest in rumor coverage, culled from our top secret sources deep inside Apple and around the Internet. No rumor is too small or too unsubstantiated (is there such a thing?) to escape our notice.
Don’t worry, though: you can expect to see the same incisive, thoughtful attention to detail that we bring to our normal news analysis now applied to the half-truths and vague suggestions that you’ve only heard muttered in deepest night by those other rumor sites. So stay tuned for the best in buzz, scuttlebutt, and tittle-tattle. Yeah, we said tittle-tattle. You want to make something of it?

MacUser is your source for news, info, and opinion about Apple, the Mac, and the iPod. Our dedicated team of bloggers covers everything that is relevant to Mac users — and, okay, some stuff that’s not quite relevant, but is still a lot of fun.
No! I personally hate reading rumor sites, I do anything to get away from them. This better be an April Fools joke...
