Getting sued for being “irregular”

SEC I hope Apple legal didn’t have their heart set on taking any vacation this year because Apple is getting sued again. This is based off stock option irregularities that Apple both found and admitted to the SEC recently.

Some stock options were offered, including some to CEO Steve Jobs. The option was cancelled and Jobs didn’t benefit Apple said. Is this a lawsuit with any merit? Only time will tell.
