Check your iTunes alerts without waiting for email

iTunes Store The Apple Blog (I have such an urge to write “Teh Apple Blog”) reports that it’s possible to browse your iTunes alerts in the store rather than waiting for an email. I wasn’t even aware of the email version of this feature. Apparently frequent buyers get told about new releases from artists previously bought on the store.

Somehow, I have been associated with a love for Eminem. I’m not going to try to figure that one out. I barely use the store (sticking to CDs off discount retailers). With iTunes growing catalog, more guides to finding music you’ll like can only help customers and ultimately, the store itself. I can’t imagine browsing the store. Is it really a fun pastime?
