I might go so far as to say that this is the ultimate party accessory. The iBreath iPod accessory lets you perform three functions all with one device (well, actually two connected devices). First of all, your iPod can play music, which goes hand and hand with a party (not to mention its ability to share your photos and movies too). Secondly, that music can be broadcast at your party through the iBreath’s FM transmitter. And last, bust certainly not least, when the party is over and you’re ready to head home, you can test your legality to drive with the iBreath’s built-in breathalyzer test.
Personally, I think there should be some combination of the breathalyzer and broadcasting functions, which would let everyone at the party know just how much you’ve had to drink.

better if you put your keys in it and it wouldn't cut loose of them until you blew clean
Rather than being used to see if you are safe to drive, I'm afraid this will be used in contests to see who is the drunkest.
I've been told this is why they took breathalyzers out of bars.
