There’s just something about the iPod shuffle and the beer that screams “tastes great together.” I know that whenever I’m shuffling through the old playlists, I like to crack open a frosty one. Get my beer on. What have you. And by beer, naturally, I mean root beer. Right. Drink responsibly, folks.
Anyway, iPod case maker Mophie has quenched my deepest thirst with their new $15 Bevy case, which combines a protective shell for your second-generation iPod shuffle, a keychain, and the indispensable bottle owner (that’ll make you the hit of every shindig) into one convenient package. Unfortunately, it looks like you’ll have to pull the shuffle out in order to use the bottle opener, which is kind of a bummer—those shuffles are easy to lose.
What other handy features could we pack into an iPod case? I mean, could I replace my entire Swiss Army Knife? Howzabout screwdrivers, or a corkscrew, or the ever useful awl. Maybe a toothpick and tweezers combination. So. Many. Options.
