Once upon a time, I was a whiz with HTML and CSS. I can still prettify a web page, but I don’t get the same daily usage out of them that I once did. But if I were a web designer still, I’d probably jump at the chance to use CSS Edit 2 (which we’ve discussed before). For its CSS editing skills? Nope. Shiny interface? Uh uh.
For its icon, baby. Because if you’ve ever wrangled CSS while fighting the multi-headed beast of browser compatibility, then you’re down with the CSS icon’s well-espoused sentiment: “ie sucks.” Yes, Internet Explorer was more often than not the bane of my existence. And when it’s right there in the icon, how can you argue with it?
