As we’ve mentioned more times than you can count, Dan and I both use the wonderful MarsEdit. It helps us bring you day, after day, after day of fabulous content. I really can’t imagine doing what we do without it. Some of you may remember that MarsEdit was originally part of NetNewsWire (Pro).
I tried to use it at first, but when it didn’t support my own WordPress blog, I wrote to Brent who exposed me to the standalone MarsEdit (which supported that blogging system). Since then, it’s evolved quite a bit, but it’s amusing to look back and see where it all started. That look is soooo early Mac OS X. I hardly think about the way OS X style has changed over time, but it’s so pronounced when you look at old screenshots.
