This probably won’t come as a surprise to most people, but Apple has officially announced the dates for this year’s Worldwide Developer Conference. It’ll be held June 11-15 in San Francisco. Hurrah!
If nothing else, it helps us clarify the timeline a bit. For one thing, we can probably assume that Leopard will be making a full appearance no later than WWDC. For another, that’s just around the time that the iPhone is supposed to launch, so it won’t be much of a surprise if it shows up as well. Consider it an endpoint, if you will.
While the MacUser team will probably not be present in the flesh for WWDC, we’ll totally be there in spirit. We’re marking our calendars right now, with wistful looks in our eyes and little thought bubbles that read “Four months!” hanging over our heads like rain clouds.
Leopard, Leopard, Leopard!!!
Heroes reference. Am I right?
Figured someone would catch it.
