While the event that gets most of the Apple community really excited is Macworld, developers always get pretty psyched when WWDC comes around. And, while the conference is still seven weeks away, developers can start getting ready because Apple has now posted 150 sessions and labs that are going on at WWDC ‘08.
The sessions are broken down into three categories: IT, Mac, and iPhone, thus covering the broad range of Apple product developers. While a lot of the sessions are ones you could have seen last year, there are some new ones corresponding to new Apple products and features released since WWDC ‘07, including development for Leopard and Leopard Server and native iPhone applications. In fact, Apple has even created a whole page about iPhone app development, native and web, on their WWDC site.
While this doesn’t particularly excite a non-developer Apple geek like me, I’m sure it’s great news for Apple app developers and IT professionals who go to WWDC every year.
