I’ve landed at ground zero

Macworld Expo It’s with a great deal of joy that I report to you that I’m here in San Francisco, getting ready for the Stevenote tomorrow morning (which will feel more like noon to me, coming from Massachusetts). The fact that I’m going to witness what amounts to a religious experience for a zealot like myself has got me more excited than words can express.

All in all, this is turning out to be a surreal experience. The moment I touched down it’s all been new and unfamiliar. Add to that all the cars have California license plates and I feel like any second I’ll wake up in Massachusetts. You can fully expect more babbling like this once I actually experience one-more-thing-a-thon and see all the exhibits in person.

Given I’m a bit of a youngin’, I’m sure some of you had such an experience, perhaps not with so many firsts in one shot. Did you lose your expo cherry in the Big Apple instead?
