Confirmed: Macworld Expo 2008 Dates

Macworld Expo ConfusionMass confusion and riots have broken out here on the show floor in the last few hours of Macworld Expo 2007. Apple aficionados have received conflicting information on when precisely next year’s Macworld Expo 2008 will occur. The Macworld Expo banner (seen on the top half, above) proclaims that next year the Expo will occur form January 14th - 18th. On the back side of Expo badges, however, it is printed January 7th - 11th (seen on the bottom half, above).

We here at MacUser are concerned for your health, safety, and sanity. Thus, we placed a VIP (Very Important Phonecall) to Macworld Conference & Expo vice president Paul Kent. He kindly confirmed for us that the 2008 Expo will in fact take place from January 14th - 18th, the same date also published on the Expo website. That means that Steve’s 2008 Keynote will be occurring in approximately 361 days, 17 hours, and 24 minutes. We’ll all be waiting.

I, for one, can't wait for the 'true video'-iPod to be released at MWSF 2008!

Man, waiting a year will be difficult...
