Scott already took some time to speculate what we might see at WWDC, but as one of our commenters pointed out that the Jobsnote is scheduled to occupy three hours, my own mind began to wander in…less useful…directions.
Just sit right back and you’ll hear a tale,
a tale of a long keynote.
That started in Moscone West,
not on some crappy boat.
The star was the CEO, ol’ Jobs,
and upon the Mac he’d dote.
The cult had waited six long months,
for a three hour keynote, a three hour keynote…
The news had started getting rough,
that Leopard’d be delayed.
So then the cult of Mac bowed their heads,
and all began to pray; they all began to pray.
The stage was lit; they took their seats, and the show finally began
with Steve Jobs, Phil Schiller too,
Bertrand Serlet, and his wife (wha?),
Jonathan Ive, Scott Forstall and special guests,
Here on Developer’s Isle!
MacUser is your source for news, info, and opinion about Apple, the Mac, and the iPod. Our dedicated team of bloggers covers everything that is relevant to Mac users — and, okay, some stuff that’s not quite relevant, but is still a lot of fun.
Dan, I think maybe you need to lay off the Nick at Nite, mmmkay? Although you do get props for well done lyrics and making me grin (not easily done).
On a more WWDC-related note, I've noticed that there are 35 blocks in the schedule marked "TBA", and, although it's common to have some TBAs (especially on the last day) this is far more than I remember having last year. The TBAs also seem to be in fairly strategic positions, so perhaps there *are* Leopard "Secret Features" after all.

Hate to burst your bubble, Dan, but you are going to have to eat crow.

Sorry. :(
Thanks for the laugh.. I think you need to record this and put it up on youtube for the whole cult to enjoy. Trust me, we are laughing WITH you.

You don't believe me, eh? :)
