Top 10 is more exciting, but 63rd isn’t bad

Forbes Something about capitalism brings out our latent desire to make numbered lists. Apple is at a mere 63rd in a list of companies with the best reputations as assembled by Reputation Institute. Imaginative name. Microsoft placed at 137, so I guess I can’t claim that it’s a PC user bias.

The top three spots were taken by Toyota, Google, and Ikea. Considering all the tin foil hat theories about Google recently, I’m fairly surprised they placed so high. Now, what does Apple need to do to raise its reputation? I vote free iPods for all.
