It’s one of those times of year when Apple gets to boast about how many Macs, iPods, iPhones and other products they’ve sold in the past three months and how much money has been raked in. In recent quarters, Mac sales figures have been hitting repeated record highs while iPod and iPhone sales continue strong.
With a complete and fresh product line boasting all new iPods, a $399 iPhone with recently upgraded software, and best-of-breed Mac notebooks and desktops, Apple is expected to have done spectacularly well in the recently concluded quarter, which is generally the best quarter of the year, due to the Christmas holiday season.
The conference call kicks off at 02:00 p.m. PT (05:00 p.m. EST) today and Apple will provide live audio streaming through QuickTime. It will also be available as a continuous rebroadcast till 29 January 2008, 05:00 p.m. PT.
