Everytime I read it, I think of Adam West as Batman, but the comic duo that performs the British “Get a Mac” ads has won a BAFTA award. BAM! POW! They’ve got some comedic power. If you scroll down, you’ll see:
COMEDY PROGRAMME
THAT MITCHELL & WEBB LOOK - David Kerr, Gareth Edwards, Robert Webb, David Mitchell (BBC Comedy/BBC Two)
I think Programme means the same thing as Program or Show (these foreign languages are tough). Anyway, Robert Webb and David Mitchell, or Mac and PC as we know them, are apparently talented comedians. Who knew? Until they cross the pond, you can always rent Peep Show on Netflix.

You know 'programme' is the correct way to spell it dont you? Please tell me you do.

"I think Programme means the same thing as Program or Show (these foreign languages are tough)."
How cheeky. In "English" English, programme does indeed signify a TV show. "Program" is reserved for computer applications. It really isn't our fault that those of you across the Pond decided to alter our spelling.
I found it somewhat surprising that the BAFTA was awarded to "That Mitchell and Webb Look", which isn't a patch on "Peep Show". Their new film, "Magicians" hasn't gone down well with critics. One described it as less funny than those annoying Mac ads.
